Al-Futtaim Group is looking for a results-driven Program Manager to spearhead its digital transformation within the financial services division. This is a strategic leadership role based in Dubai, focused on program delivery, stakeholder management, and driving innovation across key financial service initiatives.

What Does a Program Manager Do?
As a Program Manager – PMO, you will lead transformation programs across Al-Futtaim’s financial services portfolio, managing external consultants and internal Agile teams. Your core focus will be strategy alignment, customer experience enhancement, and value creation through technology and operational excellence.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead digital transformation programs with McKinsey consultants and internal stakeholders
- Manage Agile PODs, drive execution, and align projects with long-term strategic objectives
- Develop and validate business cases for change initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of programs while managing risk, governance, and communication
- Allocate project resources and ensure team performance through collaboration and shared goals
- Oversee project dashboards, track KPIs, and provide insights to senior leadership
- Act as the key communication point for all transformation-related updates and governance
What Skills Are Needed for a Program Manager in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in financial services
- Strong exposure to digital transformation, Agile delivery, and strategic business planning
- Proven track record in working with consultancy firms like McKinsey or similar
Skills:
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Strong leadership in cross-functional environments and remote teams
- High proficiency in governance frameworks, project planning tools, and performance tracking
