We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of digital transformation programs in Abu Dhabi Emirate United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the securities or stock exchange sector and a strong background in implementing IT web platforms mobile applications and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead plan and manage a portfolio of digital transformation programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management frameworks and tools to track schedules costs deliverables and KPIs
- Ensure successful execution of assigned programs by managing risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Drive the implementation of IT web platforms preferably SireCore and mobile applications for business optimization
- Oversee deployments and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics solutions ensuring seamless business processes
- Manage Agile Sprint-based deliveries coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Utilize Azure DevOps for program tracking continuous integration and workflow automation
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams ensuring adherence to quality and governance standards
- Foster collaboration between business technology and external partners to drive innovation and efficiency
- Monitor and report on program performance recommending corrective actions where necessary
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science Project Management or a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional PMP or PRINCE 2 certification highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall and hybrid approaches
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Azure DevOps
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the securities stock exchange or a similar sector
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience with growing accountability in operations and digital transformation
- Strong understanding of large-scale IT implementations including enterprise applications and customer-facing platforms
- Experience managing complex digital initiatives with a focus on IT governance and risk management

- Expertise in financial services technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with SireCore IT platforms and Microsoft Dynamics suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions
