We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join a sector-leading consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting the delivery of a high-profile pension solution project for a major client in the UAE. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in financial services, and a solid understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, this opportunity offers a chance to work on a strategic initiative shaping the future of financial services in the region.

What You’ll Do
* Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
* Organize and support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
* Maintain accurate project documentation and action logs
* Gather and validate business and technical requirements with internal teams and clients
* Analyze client and system data to support impact assessment and solution development
* Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate project performance and identify improvements
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, data protection, and financial industry standards
* Provide insight into local best practices and client expectations
* Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Support escalation and resolution of issues through accurate tracking and reporting
Ideal Profile
* 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or in delivery support roles, preferably in financial services
* Knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance frameworks
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Strong communication skills with stakeholder coordination experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
* Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships
* Must be based in Abu Dhabi with regular on-site availability
