As a Sales Excellence Leader you will be instrumental to impact & accelerate the overall sales organization to reach next levels of efficiency & support the country objective of accelerating a profitable revenue growth.
You will have a strong impact with direct reporting to the Sales Director France - board member.
Key responsibilities
Simplify business processes: anticipate, localize if necessary, communicate & bring innovative ways to process & tools improvements, in collaboration with global & country different departments leaders
Establish the relevant KPI to monitor the business evolution around the key business dimensions, being supported by the different departments (Finance, Data analyst, etc.)
Build, support, follow execution of the right Enablement plans for the different sales roles in relation with the strategic objectives
Follow & define appropriate Incentive plans with the Sales Director France & CFO
Support the definition & deployment of new roles & organization such as the Digital Sales (from strategy to operational resources needed)
This permanent contract (CDI) position (Status - cadre) is ideally linked to our Chtillon (92) site, but we are ready to be flexible in terms of location in order to find the right profile. The position is available as soon as possible.
Qualifications
We are looking for strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to demonstrate leadership. Innovative ways of thinking & ability to propose solutions to the Sales Director & French board will be assets, as well as and understanding of sales organization & operations.
With a higher education (such as a business or engineering school), you have experience in similar functions and/or proven commercial experience
Agility of mind, good knowledge of the fundamentals of Sales, ability to synthesize, communication skills, appetite for tools and data, process implementation and project management are a first batch of key skills.
Experience in the field of digital transformation / SaaS solution publisher is a plus
