Role Context
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of advisors to achieve business growth, improve sales conversion, and maintain high operational discipline. This role directly supports revenue generation by combining coaching, performance monitoring, recruitment support, and compliance management to ensure sustainable team success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
* Drive sales performance against defined KPIs and business objectives
* Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and advisor productivity levels
* Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory standards
* Support advisor recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives
* Prepare and review MIS reports, sales dashboards, and action plans for performance improvement
* Build a high-energy, target-focused team culture with strong accountability
* Identify performance gaps and implement coaching strategies for improvement
* Coordinate with management on strategic planning and sales execution priorities
Ideal Profile
* Open to existing advisors within the organization with at least 1 year of completed service
* Proven track record of strong sales performance and target achievement
* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
* Own car is required for the role
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
* Strong analytical mindset with reporting and decision-making capability
