JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and administer an annual operating budget plan for the Lubricants Division
Prepare the sales strategy by analysing past trends and current market dynamics in order to improve market share
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance report and submit to higher management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, manufacturers and suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through proactive communication and regular visits to discuss commercial opportunities and communicate customer needs and demands to management
Lead, motivate and develop subordinates in order to achieve high performance sales culture
Evaluate the team performance objectively and provide necessary guidance for skill improvement
Evaluate and assess the different promotional campaigns initiated throughout the years and submit reports on effectiveness of each promotion in terms of sales volumes achieved, GP and profitability
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or business administration from a recognized university
MBA would be an advantage
Must have minimum 10 years of experience in similiar field, 5 years out of which in managerial role. Experience of managing Van Sales Operation would be an added advantage
Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills along with a strong analytic approach and leadership skills
