Customer Engagement
Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote Whizmo\'s mobile money services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned sales area.
Sales Prospecting
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in alignment with the territory\'s customer acquisition plans.
Collaborate with the Lead-Territory Sales to follow up on leads and contribute to the closure of sales deals.
Continuously explore new merchant segments and areas for potential business growth.
Customer Onboarding
Collaborate with the sales operations team to facilitate the smooth activation of new merchants and network partners.
Ensure that business customers receive comprehensive training on Whizmo\'s application and services.
Product knowledge
Gain in-depth knowledge of Whizmo\'s products, services, pricing, and competitive advantages.
Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers, addressing inquiries and concern.
Sales Targets
Work closely with the Lead - Territory Sales to understand and achieve assigned sales targets.
Regularly report on sales progress, providing insights into challenges and proposing solutions.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with sales team, contributing to a positive and motivated team environment.
Provide feedback to the Lead - Territory Sales on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Compliance and Regulations
Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the mobile money industry.
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Continuous Learning
Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to remain competitive.
Minimum Qualification:
A professional degree with high school qualifications
Minimum Experience:
At least one (1) year of experience in sales within UAE under any FMCG, service industry or Fintech
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Job Specific Skills:
Good computer literacy.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Language: English and one of the common languages in UAE (such as Urdu, Tagalog, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam)
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly.
Self-motivated team player with selling skills
Physical Work Environment:
Allocation to different territories in UAE.
Required to walk or stand for a prolonged period.
