Role Summary
We are hiring a seasoned Scrum Master in Abu Dhabi to lead agile initiatives across wealth management and trading systems. This role is critical to enabling fast, value-driven delivery cycles within the financial services sector while promoting agile best practices and cross-functional team collaboration.

What You’ll Do
* Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
* Guide the team on Scrum practices, agile values, and incremental delivery
* Resolve blockers and ensure teams can work at optimal efficiency
* Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with business priorities
* Facilitate communication between development teams and external dependencies
* Promote adoption and effective use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence
* Oversee release planning and manage dependencies across multiple squads
* Track key performance indicators and support data-driven retrospectives
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and tools
Ideal Profile
* 7–10 years of total experience with at least 2 years in banking, trading, or wealth management
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
* Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools
* Proven ability to coach teams through transformation and delivery challenges
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team facilitation skills
* Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
