* Monitor implementation of management action plans and follow up on outstanding audit issues
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit objectives are achieved efficiently
* Participate in advisory and internal audit improvement initiatives
* Utilize data analysis tools to support audit testing and reporting accuracy
* Escalate critical findings and risks to internal audit management when required

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance roles
* Progress toward professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred
* Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlines
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within teams
