Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury Manager – Corporate Finance to join its central finance division in Dubai. This role supports senior treasury leadership in optimizing corporate finance activities, including M&A, capital structuring, group funding, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities
* Support mergers and acquisitions, new investments, and project evaluations in collaboration with the Corporate Development Unit (CDU).
* Prepare and review financial models, feasibility studies, and valuation analyses using DCF and LBO methodologies.
* Conduct due diligence and summarize key findings for senior decision-makers.
* Guide divisions on capital structuring and funding optimization strategies.
* Perform scenario analysis and financial ratio assessment to evaluate group performance and risk exposure.
* Manage financial modeling for capital allocation, credit ratings, and consolidated group forecasts.
* Prepare funding analysis and coordinate equity and intercompany loan structures.
* Monitor cash positions, dividends, and intercompany settlements in coordination with treasury and liquidity teams.
* Conduct market research on valuation trends, benchmark returns, and credit conditions.
* Ensure compliance with Al-Futtaim Group’s Stage Gate process for investment opportunities.
Ideal Profile
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Law; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or Chartered Accountant preferred.
* 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
* Advanced Excel and VBA proficiency with a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
* Experience using Bloomberg, SAP, or equivalent financial systems.
* Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting, and capital markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
