Food Service Crew - Quick Service Hospitality
Join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Food Service Crew Member for a globally recognized quick-service restaurant. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, food preparation, and creating an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail food environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring prompt service at the counter and drive-thru
* Prepare and serve menu items according to brand standards while ensuring product quality and freshness
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the store including service counters and food prep areas
* Follow safe food handling procedures and hygiene protocols at all times
* Deliver friendly, efficient service using the S.E.T. principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
* Operate POS system, handle cash transactions, issue receipts and return change accurately
* Maintain speed of service by working quickly and prioritizing guest needs during peak hours
* Handle guest concerns with empathy, resolve complaints, and escalate where needed to management
* Restock shelves, condiments, napkins, and ensure product availability in the showcase
* Participate in store meetings and comply with company policies, safety protocols, and training schedules
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, cafes, or hospitality is preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic math skills for handling payments and balancing cash drawer
* Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and during busy periods
* Strong personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, standing environment for extended hours
