Key Responsibilities
* Supervise front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily restaurant performance
* Conduct staff briefings, set schedules, monitor attendance, and manage staffing levels
* Lead training initiatives to uphold brand standards and service excellence
* Coordinate all pre-opening activities including staffing, inventory, menus, and marketing
* Work closely with chefs and bartenders on seasonal menus, special promotions, and innovation
* Maintain clear communication between service and kitchen teams
* Oversee inventory management, supplier deliveries, and stock storage conditions
* Take full accountability for the restaurant’s P&L, achieving revenue and cost targets
* Implement operational policies, SOPs, and maintain health and safety standards
* Monitor customer service, address complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional guest experience
* Organize daily briefings and weekly reviews with the leadership team to align on goals
* Manage tip distribution, monthly inventories, and ensure budget compliance
* Maintain restaurant hygiene and security in compliance with safety standards
* Lead promotional and PR activities to drive footfall and brand exposure
* Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, customer insights, and cost breakdowns
Job Requirements
* Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of restaurant P&L
* Proficient in inventory management, POS systems, and shift scheduling
* Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred
