What You’ll Do
* Mix beverages based on established and custom recipes tailored to guest preferences and outlet themes
* Deliver a personalized and professional bar experience by engaging with guests and upselling premium offerings
* Recommend exceptional wine and cocktail pairings based on the outlet’s concept and guest preferences
* Guide and assist Bartenders during busy operations to ensure smooth service and timely delivery
* Ensure accurate processing of transactions, billing, and stock handling
* Create attractive displays of glassware, bottles, and bar elements to enhance ambiance
* Follow hygiene standards, support training of junior team members, and uphold brand excellence
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury or international hospitality setting
* Higher Secondary School Certificate; basic food and hygiene training mandatory
* Demonstrated ability in beverage upselling and guest interaction
* Skilled in mixology and wine pairing
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities
* Energetic, guest-focused, and confident under pressure
