What you will enjoy doing
Responsible for receiving, stocking and shipping the product
Prepare finished products for customer shipments
Adhere to performance standards in quality and quantity (checking for damages as well as count)
Follow warehouse and shipping procedures
Record and store finished goods in the warehouse
Handle and record defected products from receipt to storage and then to production
Ensure good housekeeping within the warehouse
Ensure safe environment / procedures and prevent accidents (target zero accidents)
Responsible to report any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety Management where food contact product is produced in the plant.
Ensure on-going awareness of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Health and Safety Management
Ensure housekeeping and general areas facilitates a tidy, neat environment
What makes you great
Std 10/Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing environment
Holding a valid driving licence for FLT’s
Basic computer skills will be advantageous
Able to lift up to 25 kg
Must have flexible work availability
Able to operate forklift and crane
