Guest Experience Ambassador Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.
Adds personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
What you bring
Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
Excellent knowledge of Opera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to problem-solve and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to cater to an international clientele.
