Job Overview
The Contract Verification Specialist will be responsible for validating all real estate transactions submitted by developers and external offices. This includes verifying submitted fees, auditing document authenticity, ensuring correct data entry into the DLD system, and maintaining accurate developer records. This position supports the overall integrity of the department\'s administrative and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify transactions related to registered real estate contracts for compliance with approved methodologies
* Validate authenticity of all submitted documents before entry into the DLD system
* Confirm that received fees match the amounts due as per relevant laws and regulations
* Audit transactions forwarded by real estate developers and external affiliated offices
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of all developer procedures
* Update developer data regularly to reflect current and accurate records
* Assist in administrative and financial audits of departmental transactions
* Perform other duties relevant to contract verification and compliance processes
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in contract verification, auditing, or real estate compliance
* Familiarity with DLD systems and Dubai real estate regulations is a strong advantage
* High attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies in data and documentation
