Supervising the follow-up of the judicial cases in which the General Administration is a party, in coordination with the head of the investigations and lawsuits department.
- Reviewing draft laws, decisions and regulations related to the to facilitate the completion of legal procedures.
- Clarify and interpret laws to members of the General Administration of and provide advice when something is not clear and when needed.
- Lead the team in reviewing all contracts between the General and external parties in order to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information from a legal perspective.
- General supervision of providing information related to provisions, legislation, procedures and laws issued to all concerned parties to ensure their implementation, application and compliance.
