Job Overview
The MOIAT ICV Training Program is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the UAE’s In-Country Value (ICV) framework, financial analysis, and compliance procedures. As part of this program, you will work closely with experienced professionals in Deloitte’s team, gaining hands-on exposure to key aspects of ICV certification, audits, and advisory services. This opportunity will enable you to build essential skills and develop a solid foundation for a career in finance, audit, or consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the UAE\'s ICV certification framework and regulations
- Assist in financial analysis and audit reviews related to ICV compliance
- Work with Deloitte’s experts to assess and verify company submissions for ICV certification
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge in auditing and financial evaluation
- Conduct research and analysis on industry-specific trends related to ICV implementation
- Support project teams in preparing reports and documentation for client engagements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ICV methodologies
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations, policies, and economic strategies related to ICV
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Interest in finance, consulting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- UAE Nationals preferred
