Key Responsibilities

* Review existing procedures and recommend enhancements based on research, data insights, and regulatory alignment.
* Ensure all analysis follows structured methodology, reliable sources, proper documentation, and high-quality reporting standards.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Governance, Law, or Strategic Management is preferred.
* Strong experience in policy analysis, regulatory review, strategic planning, economic research, or government advisory work.
* Good understanding of public sector governance, legislation, regulatory frameworks, and institutional performance improvement.
* Ability to analyze complex information and convert it into clear policy recommendations and practical action points.
* Experience conducting benchmarking, comparative studies, risk assessments, and policy impact reviews.
* Strong report writing skills with the ability to prepare executive-level summaries and decision-support documents.
* Skilled in working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
