Dicetek is seeking a Policy Analyst with experience in policy evaluation and development. The ideal candidate will assess labor-related policies, analyze legislative trends, and provide actionable insights to help shape forward-looking strategies for our public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze existing policies and evaluate their effectiveness, particularly within the labor market
* Recommend policy amendments or new frameworks based on research findings and future labor trends
* Study and interpret economic, social, and legislative data to forecast policy implications
* Prepare high-quality written reports detailing analysis results, methodologies, and recommendations
* Monitor political, legal, and regulatory developments at local and global levels
* Deliver presentations of findings and strategic insights to senior stakeholders or in public forums
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in public policy analysis and development
* Background in insurance or labor policy is highly preferred
Skills
* Proficient in data interpretation and policy research
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex regulatory information for decision-makers
