Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with government entities, private sector organizations, research institutions, and internal teams to support policy development.
* Contribute to the development of labor market indicators, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
* Ensure all studies follow scientific research methods, data quality standards, and approved documentation requirements.
* Support strategic initiatives, policy projects, and reform programmes related to labor market efficiency and competitiveness.
* Present complex research findings in a clear and practical manner for leadership, committees, and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Data Analysis, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in research, policy development, strategic studies, economic analysis, or government advisory work.
* Proven experience preparing policy reports, strategic studies, analytical papers, and evidence-based recommendations.
* Strong knowledge of labor market analysis, economic indicators, workforce trends, policy evaluation, and public sector decision-making.
* Ability to manage quantitative and qualitative research, field studies, surveys, and advanced data interpretation.
* Skilled in converting complex data into meaningful insights, policy options, and practical recommendations.
