The role combines campaign planning, content auditing, app merchandising, product categorisation, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
This position has a direct impact on customer experience, conversion rate, average order value, product visibility, campaign quality, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will ensure that every campaign is well planned, accurately deployed, commercially supported, and reviewed through clear performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Own daily app audit checks by identifying content errors, broken placements, incorrect assets, and customer-facing inconsistencies, then ensuring same-day corrective action.
Maintain high standards of in-app content hygiene across categories, subcategories, banners, icons, collections, product images, descriptions, and merchandising placements.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign briefing, asset coordination, live quality checks, post-launch monitoring, issue resolution, and deployment accuracy.
Lead the weekly and monthly campaign planning calendar in line with the trade marketing calendar, internal deadlines, promotional priorities, and upcoming business requirements.
Work closely with marketing teams to prepare campaign assets, align on monthly activations, structure campaign information, and reduce execution delays.
Run structured post-campaign analysis after each activation, reviewing KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, incremental orders, click-through rate, visibility, and customer engagement.
Prepare post-campaign insight reports that explain key performance drivers, underperforming areas, operational learnings, and clear recommendations for future campaign planning.
Analyze in-app content and asset performance on a regular basis to understand placement effectiveness, collection visibility, product discoverability, and customer interaction patterns.
Coordinate with supply chain and category management teams to confirm stock availability, highlight demand risks, and ensure campaigns are commercially realistic before launch.
Partner with tech and product teams to escalate platform issues, resolve content inconsistencies, and maintain reliable ways of working across campaign operations.
Own product categorisation and merchandising strategy for current and new assortment, including occasion-led categories, cross-merchandising opportunities, product tagging, pricing checks, and collection management.
Maintain quality standards for product images, customer-facing descriptions, Arabic content accuracy, localisation, and brand consistency.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, raising risks early, and recommending better workflows for faster, cleaner campaign execution.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in campaign management, content operations, e-merchandising, digital commerce, Q-commerce, online grocery, or a related commercial role.
Experience in a fast-moving e-commerce or marketplace environment will be highly valuable, especially where campaign execution, merchandising accuracy, content quality, and KPI tracking are part of daily work.
The candidate should be comfortable using numbers to make decisions, reviewing campaign results, validating assumptions through data, and translating performance metrics into clear business recommendations.
Strong attention to detail is essential, as the role requires constant review of app content, product assets, campaign placements, Arabic content accuracy, pricing visibility, and customer-facing information.
The role suits someone who takes ownership, works with urgency, manages deadlines carefully, and can collaborate confidently with marketing, supply chain, category management, product, and tech stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language ability is a strong advantage for content review and localisation quality.
