*Field Marketing Executive - Job Description*

In daily routine you’ve to visit the clients from hospitals, clinics.

And you’ve to explain about our lab features, price rate and have to convert the clients …you’ve to bring new business.

* Manage & direct B2B sales of AVMLabs products and service
* Send daily BOD & EOD reports
* Handle Client Onboarding procedure as per the Client Onboarding policy and liase with lab to get the client activated in the system
* Create special & customized packages for clients and liase with lab to get them created in the system
* Maintain and develop good relationship with current customers & prospect customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
* Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and liase with lab to get them resolved.
* Introduce new products to the clients and keep updating the clients regularly
* Creating and executing campaigns for the clients
* Timely collection of outstanding payments
* Updating the MIS on the daily basis.
* Quarterly reconciliation/balance confirmation from Clients
* Biannual reconciliation of Client contracts
* Confirmation of monthly invoicing /Credit Notes with Clients
* Prepare & update Contracts and Credit Forms with all clients integrity, honesty.
* Prepare weekly Sales update, MRM and Sales plan
* Updating Master sheet monthly
* Know your competitors (Rates/special discounts/activities)
* Conduct RCA for client complaints/concerns  to identify the issue and take corrective actions.
