Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Record daily attendance for the HO and weekly attendance and sick leave forms site wise for the attendance sheet to assist for the payroll.
Assist in various HR processes, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
Liaise with the PRO for visa processing, work permits and labor card for employees.
Support employee relations activities by addressing employee queries, providing information on HR policies and procedures, and escalating issues as necessary.
Arrange essential first aid and Darlsco/CBI training for employees at each site, ensuring their safety and compliance with regulations.
Ensure employee files are up-to-date with all the certificates, memo leave forms, salary certificate and additional documents they receive during the process.

Qualifications
HR Management and HR Operations skills
Experience in employee relations and HR policies
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
3 to 4 Year experience in this field required.
