The Nurse Manager - Clinical Educator will be responsible for providing educational support to nurses and interns, ensuring a comprehensive orientation program and ongoing professional development. This role focuses on competency-based training, life support education, and fostering a culture of learning in alignment with healthcare best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for new nurses and interns, including pre-assessment, competency-based training, and evaluation.
- Create and deliver in-service training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Provide life support training, including BLS and ACLS/PALS certification programs.
- Conduct mock codes and simulation training to improve emergency response capabilities.
- Assess the educational needs of nursing staff and design targeted learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DHA and accreditation requirements for clinical training.
- Utilize modern learning strategies and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate staff competency, providing feedback and development plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote evidence-based nursing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of GCC healthcare experience in a Clinical Educator role.
- DHA License (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory).
- BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written); Arabic skills are an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to utilize digital training tools.
