Position Overview
GMG is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Beauty and Skincare division in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing sales operations, developing new client relationships, and driving revenue growth across GMG’s skincare and wellness portfolio. The successful candidate will bring proven sales experience in the beauty, skincare, or pharmaceutical sector, with a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills in English, Arabic, or Tagalog.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and support long-term growth goals.
* Generate new business leads, identify prospective clients, and secure new and repeat sales opportunities.
* Visit clients regularly to take orders, confirm delivery details, and review stock levels.
* Prepare sales forecasts and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
* Maintain detailed records of enquiries, conversion rates, and business trends for management review.
* Advise customers on product developments, new launches, and promotional offers.
* Prepare and process sales documentation, including purchase agreements and contracts, in coordination with the Legal team.
* Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards for all documentation.
* Monitor and follow up on receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
* Participate in sales and corporate events to promote GMG’s beauty and skincare portfolio.
* Maintain a qualified lead database through networking, referrals, and customer engagement.
* Provide periodic reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the beauty, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of skincare products and consumer sales dynamics in the UAE market.
* Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with fluency in Arabic or Tagalog preferred.
* Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.
