Key Responsibilities

- Resolve user issues, handle business requests, and conduct proactive troubleshooting to prevent operational disruptions
- Document technical issues and solutions in a service management tool for tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with vendors to manage contracts, service agreements, and system support initiatives
- Conduct regular system stability reviews and implement necessary fixes to optimize IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and data security regulations
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in user support within a multi-system environment
- Previous experience in a multi-hospital healthcare organization with multi-vendor IT systems
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT service management
- Experience in vendor and contract management for IT solutions and services
- Proficiency in IT support tools and service management software
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
