The Specialist Family Medicine role focuses on diagnosing medical illnesses and providing comprehensive treatment, considering physical, psychological, and social aspects of care. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and aims to enhance patient-centered healthcare services in a multispecialty primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose medical conditions and provide evidence-based treatment while following Al-Futtaim Health\'s medical staff regulations.
- Develop personal relationships with patients and create patient-specific health programs using historical data.
- Monitor and adapt individualized health programs to improve patient well-being over time.
- Utilize patient health data for medical analyses and decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive wellness exams and administer vaccinations.
- Perform minor medical procedures as required within the scope of family medicine.
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle improvements.
- Participate equitably in the on-call roster, ensuring comprehensive patient coverage.
- Supervise and support junior medical staff in their professional development.
Required Qualifications And Experience:
- MBBS or MBChB or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), or Ministry of Health UAE.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience at a specialist level.
- Proficiency in all aspects of family medicine, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support (BLS and ALS).
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and clinical staff.
