Key Responsibilities

* Perform gynecological surgeries including cesarean sections, laparoscopies, hysterectomies, D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related procedures.
* Deliver antenatal and postnatal care prioritizing maternal and fetal health.
* Collaborate with anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and midwives to provide integrated care.
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with regulatory standards.
* Participate in departmental audits, CME programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively in Arabic with patients and families to ensure clarity, comfort, and culturally appropriate care.
Ideal Profile
* Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
* Specialist certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent).
* Licensed or eligible for DOH (HAAD) registration in Abu Dhabi.
* At least 5 years of specialist-level experience in women’s health.
* Strong surgical and diagnostic capabilities in obstetrics and gynecology.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on culturally sensitive communication.
