Role Context

The Call Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for patients, helping them access healthcare services smoothly and efficiently. This role supports appointment booking, inquiry handling, insurance verification, and digital communication while maintaining a professional patient experience that strengthens trust in HealthHub Clinics and improves overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently
* Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, doctors, schedules, and operating hours
* Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using automated booking systems
* Respond to inquiries across phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media channels
* Verify patient insurance eligibility using insurance portals while following compliance procedures
* Escalate urgent concerns and complex service issues to the appropriate departments
* Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data protection standards
* Support appointment booking targets and contribute to lead conversion activities
* Participate in call quality improvement initiatives, training sessions, and team meetings
* Maintain punctuality, shift discipline, and proper handling of call center equipment
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless patient support and service continuity

Ideal Profile

* Emirati national with a valid family book as required under Emiratisation
* Previous experience in customer service, patient support, or call center operations preferred
* Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
* Comfortable handling high call volumes and digital communication channels
* Good computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously
* Professional attitude with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities
* Based in Dubai and available for initial on-site training at Dubai Festival City
* Able to work flexible rostered part-time shifts aligned with operational needs
