This role supports the end to end automotive sales cycle by coordinating documentation, vehicle readiness, and delivery timelines. It plays a key role in reducing operational delays, maintaining process accuracy, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction in a high-volume showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process vehicle invoicing accurately using SAP IS Auto and maintain documentation records
* Coordinate vehicle and motorcycle movements between warehouses and service centres
* Manage vehicle registration processes through government portals
* Ensure vehicle clearance certificates are received, verified, and prepared for invoicing
* Coordinate pre-delivery inspection readiness and customer delivery scheduling
* Issue gate passes and work with aftersales teams to streamline operations
* Maintain stock records, invoices, and monthly reporting through SAP systems
* Support showroom administration including demonstrator vehicle tracking and display planning
* Conduct quality checks and ensure documentation compliance before vehicle handover
* Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines
* Follow company procedures, safety policies, and operational guidelines
Ideal Profile
* 1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or customer service roles
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication skills in English with a professional approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive or retail environment
* Proactive attitude with strong follow-up and coordination abilities
