- Manage anesthesia-related complications and implement rapid interventions when necessary.
- Oversee post-operative pain management strategies to enhance patient recovery.
- Keep updated with advancements in cardiac anesthesiology techniques and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with specialization in anesthesiology.
- Board certification in anesthesiology with a sub-specialization in cardiac anesthesia.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Minimum of five years of experience in administering anesthesia for cardiovascular surgeries.
- Strong expertise in cardiac anatomy physiology and pharmacology.
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure surgical environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
