Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Surgical Services Dubai
WizeJob is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to perform complex heart and lung surgeries while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring advanced surgical expertise and a passion for life-saving care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Salary: 65000–80000 AED monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview
* Conduct detailed patient assessments including diagnostic imaging and preoperative evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular and thoracic conditions
* Perform complex surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve repair or replacement, lung resections, and thoracic aneurysm corrections
* Provide complete perioperative care, including post-surgical monitoring and follow-ups
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and ICU staff, to ensure high standards of care
* Stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies through research and continuing education
* Educate and guide patients and their families through the surgical process
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
* Valid DHA or eligibility to obtain a medical license in Dubai
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery
* Documented success in high-risk and complex cardiothoracic procedures
Skills
* Proficient in open and minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgical techniques
* Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage critical situations
* Excellent patient communication and empathy
* Proven leadership in multidisciplinary surgical teams
