We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our healthcare team.This role involves providing essential support to our nursing staff and ensuring a high standard of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing staff in providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and helping with daily activities.
- Support patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
- Help with the transportation of patients within the facility as needed.
- Participate in patient education and support initiatives, ensuring patients and their families are well-informed about care processes.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.
