Role Context
The Clinic Manager is fully accountable for the operational success, financial performance, and quality standards of the clinic. This leadership role ensures seamless patient care delivery, strong team performance, compliance with DHA regulations, and high patient satisfaction while supporting HealthHub’s reputation as one of Dubai’s leading community healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the daily operations and overall performance of the clinic
* Lead, manage, and support multidisciplinary teams of clinical and non-clinical staff across departments
* Develop, monitor, and control clinic budgets, operational expenses, and revenue performance
* Ensure effective staffing, shift planning, attendance management, and employee performance reviews
* Oversee procurement processes, stock management, petty cash control, and vendor coordination
* Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare standards, infection control, and corporate policies
* Improve clinic productivity, patient flow, and operational efficiency through continuous monitoring
* Manage patient relations, complaints handling, and service recovery to maintain excellent patient experience
* Work closely with physicians, Medical Directors, and support functions to strengthen clinical excellence
* Prepare and review financial, operational, quality, and performance reports for leadership review
* Lead quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards
* Support clinic launches, business improvement projects, and special operational initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Emirati national with a valid family book as required under Emiratisation programs
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or healthcare leadership roles
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage teams of up to 40 staff members
* Good understanding of healthcare operations, patient services, insurance, and revenue cycle management
* Experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, and resource planning
* Excellent communication skills in English with Arabic considered an advantage
* Confident decision-maker able to work with physicians, staff, and senior stakeholders
* Organized, results-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure
