We are seeking an experienced Consultant Anesthesiologist with expertise in reproductive medicine to join a leading fertility clinic in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on providing safe and effective anesthesia care for assisted reproductive procedures, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes in a state-of-the-art fertility treatment environment.

What You’ll Do
* Administer anesthesia for IVF procedures, including egg retrieval and embryo transfer
* Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient suitability for anesthesia
* Monitor patient vitals during and post-procedure to ensure safe recovery
* Collaborate closely with fertility specialists, embryologists, and nursing teams for integrated patient care
* Develop and implement pain management protocols tailored to reproductive treatments
* Keep updated with advancements in anesthetic techniques and technologies specific to fertility care
Ideal Profile
* Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
* Board certification in Anesthesiology
* Minimum 5 years’ anesthesia experience with specialization in reproductive medicine or IVF procedures
* DHA, MOH, or HAAD Consultant License preferred
* Strong knowledge of sedation and anesthesia techniques for fertility treatments
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
