This role is ideal for a consultant-level radiologist who can deliver accurate diagnostic reporting, support multidisciplinary cancer care, and provide patient-centered breast imaging services using advanced technology.
The position requires strong clinical judgment, confident communication in Arabic and English, and experience with 3D mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis. The selected consultant will work closely with surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, referring physicians, technologists, nurses, and tumor board teams to support early diagnosis, treatment planning, and high-quality breast care.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform and interpret mammograms, breast ultrasounds, breast MRIs, and advanced breast imaging studies
* Use 3D mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis to support accurate screening, diagnosis, and follow-up care
* Conduct image-guided procedures, including breast biopsies, needle localizations, and related diagnostic interventions
* Prepare accurate and timely imaging reports for referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
* Collaborate with breast surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to support personalized treatment planning
* Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and multidisciplinary discussions for patients with suspected or confirmed breast disease
* Provide specialist consultation to referring physicians regarding imaging findings, diagnostic pathways, and follow-up recommendations
* Communicate with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking patients in a clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner
* Maintain patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and high-quality clinical documentation in line with DHA requirements and hospital policies
* Mentor junior radiologists, radiology trainees, and imaging staff while contributing to continuous quality improvement in breast imaging services
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a fluent Arabic and English-speaking Consultant Breast Radiologist with strong diagnostic radiology training, breast imaging subspecialty expertise, and experience in a modern hospital or specialist breast care setting. This role requires accuracy, empathy, technical confidence, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary cancer care teams.
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
* Subspecialty training in Breast Imaging
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Breast Radiologist
* Strong proficiency in mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, 3D mammography, and digital breast tomosynthesis
* Experience in image-guided breast procedures, including biopsies and needle localizations
* Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required
* UAE medical license or eligibility for licensing is preferred
* Western education or Western clinical training is required
* Excellent reporting accuracy, patient communication, ethical practice, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
