Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a UK-trained, CCT-certified Consultant Breast Surgeon for a leading tertiary hospital in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering expert surgical care for benign and malignant breast diseases, with opportunities to perform advanced reconstructive and oncoplastic procedures in a world-class healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of breast conditions, including benign disorders and breast cancers.
* Perform surgical procedures such as breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy, and reconstructive techniques.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in oncology, plastic surgery, radiology, and pathology for comprehensive patient care.
* Participate in tumor boards, cancer care planning, and patient awareness programs.
* Engage in surgical audits, outcomes monitoring, and continuous quality improvement projects.
* Contribute to medical education, mentorship, and clinical research within the department.
* Deliver culturally sensitive care in accordance with SCFHS standards and hospital protocols.
Ideal Profile
* MBBS or equivalent degree with UK CCT in General Surgery and Breast Surgery subspecialty.
* Fellowship in Breast or Oncoplastic Surgery preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of post-CCT experience in breast oncology and reconstructive surgery.
* SCFHS license or eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.
* Strong technical proficiency, clinical judgment, and patient communication skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
