Consultant Cardiologist - Cardiac Care Unit Dubai
WizeJob is hiring a Consultant Cardiologist for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a prime opportunity for a highly skilled cardiovascular specialist to diagnose, treat, and manage heart conditions using advanced medical techniques and technologies. Salary: 60000–75000 AED monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview
* Perform advanced diagnostic evaluations including echocardiography, EKGs, Holter monitoring, and treadmill stress tests
* Interpret test results and accurately diagnose cardiac conditions including arrhythmias, heart failure, valve disorders, and ischemic heart disease
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle interventions
* Conduct and supervise invasive cardiac procedures such as cardiac catheterization and angioplasty (as licensed)
* Provide long-term cardiac care and follow-up to chronic patients
* Counsel patients and families on cardiovascular disease prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery
* Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care
* Participate in clinical research, publish findings, and attend medical conferences
* Mentor junior doctors, interns, and support staff
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school
* Board Certification in Cardiology (e.g., American Board, MRCP, FRCP, or equivalent)
* Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiologist
Skills
* High proficiency in both invasive and non-invasive cardiology
* Ability to perform and interpret a wide range of cardiac diagnostics
* Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
* Effective patient communication and case documentation
* Experience in managing complex cardiac conditions
