Consultant - Critical Care Medicine Dubai
WizeJob is hiring an experienced Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join a renowned healthcare facility in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and board-certified intensivist to manage complex cases in a multidisciplinary ICU environment. The role offers a dynamic setting for clinical leadership and medical excellence in a state-of-the-art critical care unit.

Salary: 60000–75000 AED monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview
* Lead the clinical management of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
* Provide advanced life support, invasive monitoring, ventilator management, and evidence-based interventions
* Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans in collaboration with nursing, surgical, and emergency medicine teams
* Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement programs and critical care audits
* Mentor junior doctors, residents, and ICU nurses, fostering professional development
* Contribute to ongoing medical education through case reviews, seminars, and internal workshops
* Ensure up-to-date practice in line with international guidelines and advancements in critical care medicine
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Medical degree from an accredited university
* Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine (e.g., ABIM, MRCP, FRCPC, or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant or Attending in a critical care setting
* Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
Skills
* Proven ability to manage multi-organ failure, sepsis, and ventilator-dependent cases
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
