Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of skin conditions using advanced techniques and technologies, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct detailed consultations and physical examinations for patients with dermatological issues
* Perform diagnostic procedures such as skin biopsies, allergy tests, and patch testing
* Prescribe and administer treatments including medications, chemical peels, laser therapy, and dermal fillers
* Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare specialists
* Provide education and guidance to patients regarding skincare and preventive measures
* Stay updated with the latest dermatology research and innovations, integrating them into clinical practice
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records as per hospital and regulatory standards
* Lead and mentor junior medical staff and nurses to ensure quality standards
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Dermatologist in a top-tier hospital
* Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology from an accredited institution
* Western education/training is mandatory
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Leadership capabilities and problem-solving mindset
