Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Diabetic Foot Surgeon on behalf of a prestigious healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be based in Dubai for recruitment and coordination purposes and will provide advanced surgical care for patients with diabetic foot complications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team. Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with diabetic foot complications, including vascular and neurological evaluations.
* Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with endocrinologists, podiatrists, and wound care teams.
* Conduct surgical procedures such as debridement, offloading, and reconstructive operations for ulcers and infections.
* Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including wound management and infection control.
* Educate patients on self-care, foot protection, and long-term diabetic health management.
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement programs, and clinical research.
* Stay updated with global advances in diabetic foot and reconstructive surgery techniques.
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution.
* Board certification in Diabetic Foot Surgery or equivalent specialization.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in diabetic foot or reconstructive surgery.
* Proven record of successful surgical outcomes and effective patient care.
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills in a hospital setting.
* Experience in Middle Eastern healthcare environments preferred.
* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
