The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while delivering evidence-based and patient-centered care.
The role involves comprehensive endocrine assessment, inpatient and outpatient consultations, advanced diabetes management, and long-term management of complex endocrine conditions. The Consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals while contributing to clinical quality, research, education, and improved patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose
and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, obesity, and metabolic conditions.
* Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and interpret hormonal and metabolic investigations.
* Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans for patients with endocrine conditions.
* Manage inpatient and outpatient endocrinology consultations.
* Provide advanced diabetes management, including insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and lifestyle counseling.
* Collaborate with internal medicine physicians, nephrologists, cardiologists, dietitians, bariatric teams, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
* Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
* Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education programs.
* Maintain adherence to patient safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
* MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
* Board Certification or Fellowship in Endocrinology.
* Appropriate Consultant License or eligibility for consultant-level professional licensure in Dubai.
* Minimum 5-7 years of post-board consultant experience in Endocrinology within a reputable tertiary-care or academic hospital.
* Strong expertise in diabetes and endocrine disorder management.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and patient counseling skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with advanced diabetes technologies and insulin pump therapy.
* Exposure to obesity medicine and metabolic disorders.
* Academic and research experience is an advantage.
* Arabic language skills are preferred.
