Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders with specialized focus on thyroid cancer and related malignancies
* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, review imaging studies, and interpret fine-needle aspiration and biopsy findings
* Coordinate multidisciplinary care with oncology, endocrine surgery, nuclear medicine, and radiology specialists
* Oversee treatment planning including surgery follow-up, radioactive iodine therapy coordination, and long-term surveillance strategies
* Provide outpatient endocrine consultations and inpatient management when required
* Lead case discussions within tumor boards and contribute to departmental clinical governance initiatives
* Participate in academic teaching, clinical research, and quality improvement projects
* Mentor junior physicians and support continuing professional education activities
Ideal Profile
* Medical Degree with completed specialist training in Endocrinology
* Fellowship or advanced training in Thyroid Cancer or Endocrine Oncology preferred
* Board Certification such as MRCP, FRCP, ABIM, EBE, or equivalent recognized qualification
* Minimum 5–7 years of post-specialist experience with significant exposure to thyroid cancer management
* DHA eligibility or licensure as Consultant Endocrinologist in Dubai
* Strong clinical judgment and expertise in endocrine oncology protocols
* Excellent patient counseling and communication skills with compassionate care approach
