Position Overview
This Consultant ENT role through Allocation Assist Middle East supports a leading regional healthcare provider while being hired via the company’s Dubai operations. Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT-related conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic testing
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on medical history and comprehensive evaluations
* Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and related procedures
* Utilize advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment to deliver high-standard patient care
* Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure accurate diagnosis and coordinated treatment
* Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
* Train, supervise, and mentor junior medical staff including residents and interns
* Participate in ongoing professional development, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on medical advancements
* Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional requirements
* Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure clinical environment
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification in Otolaryngology
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT
* Fluent in Arabic preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
* Excellent clinical judgment with strong problem-solving skills
* Western education or training required
* Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
