Consultant ENT Surgeon - Head and Neck Care in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a senior Hospital and Health Care opportunity for a board-certified otolaryngology physician with advanced expertise in adult and pediatric ENT care, head and neck conditions, sinus surgery, ear surgery, airway assessment, and multidisciplinary patient management. The role is suited for a consultant who can deliver high-quality surgical and non-surgical ENT services while supporting evidence-based care, patient safety, and clinical service development.
This position focuses on diagnosing and treating complex ear, nose, throat, airway, sleep, hearing, sinus, and head and neck disorders. The consultant will provide outpatient consultations, inpatient care, advanced procedures, diagnostic interpretation, clinical audits, CME participation, and protocol development within a leading hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, voice disorders, airway concerns, and head and neck tumors.
* Provide specialist ENT care for both adult and pediatric patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
* Perform advanced ENT procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and head and neck reconstructive surgery.
* Interpret diagnostic investigations such as CT scans, MRI scans, audiograms, endoscopic evaluations, and other ENT-related clinical tests.
* Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice, clinical findings, patient history, and multidisciplinary input.
* Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, anesthetists, oncologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists to provide integrated patient care.
* Manage post-operative follow-up, recovery planning, complication monitoring, and long-term ENT care needs.
* Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, morbidity and mortality reviews, and departmental quality improvement work.
* Contribute to departmental protocol development and support safe, standardized ENT service delivery.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with DHA requirements, hospital policies, and patient safety standards.
Ideal Profile
* Board certification in Otolaryngology such as American Board, Royal College, or equivalent recognized qualification.
* DHA license or eligibility for Dubai consultant-level licensing is required.
* Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.
* Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
* Strong experience in advanced ENT surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and head and neck procedures.
* Confident diagnostic ability with CT, MRI, audiology, and endoscopic findings relevant to ENT care.
* Strong surgical judgment, communication skills, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
