* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
* Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education programs
* Mentor junior doctors and contribute to clinical teaching and research activities

Ideal Profile

* Medical degree with specialization in ENT or Otolaryngology
* Board certification or equivalent qualification in ENT Surgery
* Proven expertise in trauma, head and neck surgery, and complex ENT procedures
* Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
* Fluency in English; additional languages including Arabic are an advantage
