Key Responsibilities

* Identify possible health concerns early and recommend suitable diagnostic tests, treatment plans, or specialist referrals
* Develop individualized healthcare plans using a holistic approach that considers physical, psychological, and social health factors
* Support disease prevention, health promotion, lifestyle improvement, and long-term wellness planning
* Manage common acute illnesses, chronic conditions, follow-up care, and ongoing family healthcare needs
* Communicate clearly with Arabic and English-speaking patients to ensure understanding, comfort, and trust
* Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administration teams to create effective care plans
* Stay updated with new developments in family medicine and apply relevant evidence-based practices
* Follow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, local medical laws, and ethical standards of medical practice

Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from a recognized medical school
* Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine
* Western training is required
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
* Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience in family medicine
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English for effective communication with a diverse patient base
* Strong knowledge of preventive medicine, primary care, chronic disease support, and patient-centered treatment planning
