Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Fetal Medicine to join our specialist healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert medical care to pregnant women and their unborn babies, with responsibilities spanning from diagnosis and evaluation to counseling and performing advanced fetal interventions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern facility with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, evaluate, and manage fetal abnormalities using advanced ultrasound and diagnostic tools.
* Provide consultation and counseling to expectant parents, clearly communicating findings and potential risks.
* Review patient medical histories, perform examinations, and order appropriate tests.
* Discuss treatment options with parents, explaining risks and benefits to support informed decisions.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Perform fetal interventions including fetal blood transfusions, fetoscopic surgery, or intrauterine procedures when required.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
* Stay updated with advancements in fetal medicine by attending conferences, workshops, and professional training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Medical degree from a recognized institution.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine.
* Western education and/or training in a recognized healthcare system (USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent) is mandatory.
* Certification in Fetal Medicine from a recognized board or body.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
* Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
