What You’ll Do
* Diagnose and manage breast conditions, including benign and malignant tumors
* Perform advanced surgical interventions such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
* Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop patient-centered treatment plans
* Provide comprehensive
pre-operative counseling and post-operative care to optimize recovery outcomes
* Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where appropriate
* Educate patients on surgical options, recovery timelines, and preventive measures
* Stay current with advancements in breast oncology and reconstructive surgery
* Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with healthcare regulations
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification in General Surgery with fellowship or specialization in Breast Surgery
* Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures
* Skilled in minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Western-trained with proven expertise in multidisciplinary care settings
